Very spacious rooms. Limited cutlery and plates but for the kids and us that was OK. The pool was amazing. Very good communication during the stay. We asked them for a taxi service that provided kids seats and they helped us find one.

The pool with the great landscaping was the highlight of our stay. The pool backs onto a busy street so it can be noisy when one is trying to relax. The condo could use some updates especially the bathrooms. TV in both bedrooms would have been nice. Wi-Fi didn't reach the bedrooms. English TV would have been nice. Mauricio the concierge was attentive to our needs and the location was quite central to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

The suite was very spacious, nicely decorated, bright and comfortable. Everything was clean and we had lots of linen and towels. We are a family of 8 and it was a great fit for us. I would recommend this suite to anyone wanting to stay in Playa del Carmen. Very central location, walking distance to everything. And the host, Mauricio, was the absolute best! He answered all of our questions super fast and was very helpful with an easy check-in and check-out.
