Great location, friendly employees, clean room, noise outside is not that disturbing. Small pool on the roof. Great airconditioning system. 5min walk to the beach & 5th avenue. Coffee bar just around the corner.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. I want to give a special shout-out to Jackie at the front desk—she was amazing! Jackie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, gave us great local recommendations, and always remembered our names. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The room looked great as per the photos, and was in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants, the Walmart, and 5th Ave (tho it was just a very touristy street), walkable from the ADO bus terminal if taking bus to/from cancun airport, and lots of tours leave from Coco Bongo as the pick up point which is just across the road. Bed was super comfy and room was big. Pretty quiet street overall - sometimes there was some light noise from nearby businesses but never enough to affect my sleep.
