The image of the room we booked showed a bigger bathroom with two sinks (junior suite). The room we received had only one sink. Reception didn’t seem to care which was disappointing.

The bar area was lovely especially at night, and had really good food and reasonable drinks. The hotel looked beautiful, everywhere was well maintained and very clean. The location was great for Fifth Avenue. The breakfast was very good value and had plenty of choice.

a fantastic stay at HM Playa del Carmen. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and relaxed tropical atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, and the pool area was ideal for unwinding after a day out. A special thank you to Giovanni, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He took the time to explain all the facilities and made sure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and warm attitude really elevated the experience. I’d also like to commend Carolina, who kindly assisted me with booking my day trip to Isla Mujeres. She made the process effortless and provided great recommendations, which made the excursion even more enjoyable.
