Good location, basic rooms with mostly what you need. The rooftop pool is lovely! Underground parking is great if you can get it there aren’t many spots. Staff were really helpful have us a kettle for the room, which was their own kettle!!

Best choice we took in Playa del Carmen. The hotel itself is nice and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room spacious and clean. We also have been lucky on having the room that wasn't facing the main street so it was very quiet and not noisy at all. You also have a mini fridge which is not always the case in 3 stars hotels. There is also a good size swimming pool on the rooftop. The position of the hotel is definitely one of the highlights. Close to everything, from the beach to the 5th avenue, from a big Walmart to many restaurants but not too close to be annoyed by the noise of the touristic places.

Away from the strip, but not too far. Right across from weekend market and entertainment. Good restaurants nearby.
