Hotel Overview

Just a 5-minute walk from Playa del Carmen Beach, Fabiola Condo Hotel offers an outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by palm trees. Each air-conditioned apartment and studio has free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette.

The hotel looks so cosy and lovely. The ambiance is incredible. There’s lots of greenery, and you don’t hear too much noise from the street. The staff were kind and helpful. They gave us lots of advice about moving around Playa del Carmen and how to reach Cozumel Island. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious rooms and the hotel is in a very good location as all essentials are close by. We selected this hotel as we were on day trips every day and didn’t intend to stay at the hotel or the local beach.

Beautiful decor, garden. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Good service.I would like to come back. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach, 2 minutes to ADO bus station, good restaurants around. Also it is very close to Yoga loft.
