The lovely manager kindly moved us to a room with air conditioning. I had an issue and It was dealt with in a professional manner. The hotel grounds are beautiful. It was in a central location right by the beach. It was spotlessly clean and amazing value for money considering how expensive this area is. All of the staff were polite and helpful. If you are on a budget this place is perfect.

The location of the hotel is amazing and right next to 5th avenue and the beach. You can hear the music of the bars but it didn´t really bother us. It is not as bad as you would think it is. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. There is hot water and good water pressure. There are hammocks where you can relax and the pool area is nice. All-in-all value for money is great.

We only stayed for a night so can't comment too much but we can say that the room size was plentiful. Had Aircon and ceiling mounted fans with a fridge in the room too. Location was great. The pool and loungers were a great addition.

Location is good, not far from the beach and in the center.. therefore also very noicy! staff was very friendly:) No parking spot around the hotel and they recommend us to park the car at the parking from the Walmart, unfortunately this was not an good idea since they broke in and someone made a mess in our car and stole our dirty laundry…
