Great hotel for our first couple of nights in Mexico while we acclimatised. The location is central with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. We especially loved the huge rooftop pool which we often had to ourselves first thing in the morning. My son loved the use of the air conditioned gym facilities. The breakfast was the best we experienced in our trip staying in five other locations.

Good size of the room, very comfy bed. A breezy balcony. Extraordinary good behaviour from the staff. A very good breakfast. We had a bit of a situation on the first night with your room being locked and our son left inside but that was resolved by the night manager and the people on duty at that time. Great location, 2 mins walk from happening 5th Avenue, and 3/4 mins car ride to the main highway. Free and safe parking at the basement. Definitely will stay again.
