Any more alcoholic drinks will be subject to an additional charge.Please note that dress code allowed in buffet is shorts. (No swimsuit, no tank tops, no flip-flops) and A la carte restaurants: long pants.Cot on request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We stayed in a suite as a family, and it was a very comfortable choice — spacious, clean, and offering a lovely view. The location is excellent: only about 10 minutes from the airport and within easy walking distance of the beach. Getting into central Palma takes around 25 minutes by taxi or bus, which makes exploring very convenient. As a family hotel, it has several positives. Luna (Manager) deserves special recognition for being warm, flexible, and genuinely accommodating. Kris (Entertainer) also stood out with great energy and enthusiasm. The kids’ entertainment programme was excellent, and the evening shows were enjoyable. We also appreciated the heated indoor pool. There are plenty of other facilities — tennis courts, football, spa — though we didn’t get the chance to use them all.
