We booked last minute after a disaster losing passports at the end of a package holiday.....staff were extremely accommodating getting us checked in and settled when we were panicked and flustered. Stayed 2 days till we eventually got passports back. Hotel kindly booked us a taxi to get to airport at 3:30 am. Hotel itself was basic but clean and comfortable. Location is outstanding if one is planning a visit to Palma.

We stayed at Raxa because we had an early morning flight and there is a bus stop very close to the hotel which made life very easy.
