The rooms are nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me to surprise my husband for his bday and also surprised him with extra drinks in the evening.

The hotel is located near the airport. There is a bus stop near the hotel and the A2 bus to takes approx. 20 minutes to reach the airport at a cost of 5 euro. The beach is only 5 minutes away and there are plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff were very nice and I received a lot of useful informationon on Whatsapp before my arrival. Check-in was very easy and I received a free room upgrade and complimentary dinner on my first day, which was nice. The room/bathroom was spacious, and immaculately clean, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a very good selection of cold and hot produce at breakfast and dinner. I really liked the outdoor and indoor pool areas and the gym. All were well-maintained and not very busy in November. I got tempted by one of their spa offers and had a whole body massage, which was great (cost 80 euro). Wi-fi worked very well. I would gladly stay here again when back in Mallorca.

The location was perfect. 5 min walk to the beach, close to two bus stops which was fantastic. Close to the airport too. It felt safe. Staff were great.

A very beautiful and stylish hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Our room was spacious and everything was perfectly clean. They also provided complimentary water every day, in addition to the standard toiletries like shower gel, etc. We were allowed both early check-in and late check-out, which was extremely nice (we were traveling off-season and there were available rooms). We booked through Booking with breakfast included. The breakfast was quite varied, and both we and our 2-year-old had plenty of options to eat. We also had dinner at the hotel twice (it costs €20 per person). It’s a buffet with something new each time — a good selection of fruits, meat, fish, prawns, and side dishes. I would recommend checking the room options with dinner included, as it’s usually cheaper than paying on the spot. We also visited the indoor pool — it’s small but very nice. There were two saunas (we didn’t use them), and a small gym (enough for about three people training at the same time, but it was usually empty). The hotel also offers billiards and live music at the bar. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, a large Mercadona supermarket nearby with ready-to-eat meals and a microwave to heat them up, plenty of parking spots around, and a park with a playground. You can also reach the airport by bus, which takes around 15 minutes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
