Location. We had a room with a pool which was excellent. Always free sun loungers. V friendly staff. V clean feels like a good 4 star

My partner and I, and our two kids (5 years and 10 months) just spent 9 days here and we LOVED it. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean, the staff are kind, friendly and attentive, the food is decent with lots of choice, the pools are great for kids, the mini club was FANTASTIC and it’s a great location / walk to the beach. Just a perfect family hotel. Usually I like to try different places every time we travel, but I am already planning to come back here. Special thanks to Tatiana & Manuel at the restaurant, and Ilaria, Belen, Joanna, Selma & all the mini club team for being so brilliant. We felt very relaxed when we left which is a miracle with two small kids.

Well kept gardens and facilities, breakfast was excellent and the grill bar (although for extra charge). Very friendly staff. View to the wetland from apartment’s jacuzzi. Comfy large bed. Saxophone player on the other day, was a delight to listen to.

Hotel concept was nice, good breakfast, good entertaiment and program for kids - especially the mini disco. Pool for kids was the only heated one maybe one more heated pool would be appriciated, so people could spread
