Everything was perfect . Alex met us with keys and was available on phone for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Really well-equipped: there were more kitchen utensils, bathroom and beach towels, floaties, toys, cleaning materials and bath essentials than everywhere else where we stayed. Apartment was also really clean & everything was provided to keep it clean. Alex was a very attentive host - reacted quickly to our questions / resolved small glitches, was always polite and kind. We could walk anywhere in Playa de las Americas, bars, food, supermarket right around the corner, etc. While the unit does not have parking, there is free parking on the street and we always found something. Water heat and pressure in the shower was excellent, which can be an issue at times at other places.
