The hotel was sound. Nice and quiet, plus it was 5 minutes from local bars. It was good for a stag do.

Good size room, the room was good value for money although facing busy road, had to keep windows open to get fresh air as once windows were shut air was stale and unpleasant with old aircon making no difference. We live in the City so are used to the traffic noise. On day 1 we have been issued a notification latter "extra charge of 50 Euros" for elegedly making too much mess in the bathroom, without any evidence, just letter slipped under the door.At the reception we have been told the " it is because english people come here get drunk, take drugs and make mess everywhere". Luckily, As we are far from being a party animals , the manager has realised they tried to target wrong people and cancelled the extra charge and we had decided to stay the for the remaining time, despite we have never met with similar situation. We are professional mature couple and we have probably ended up at the wrong place at the wrong time, just bad luck.

The hotel is right in the middle of Playa de las Americas and Los Christanos and within walking distance to both areas. This is an ideal location for bars/pubs and restaurants, beaches, and shops. On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was an issue. On the first night there was an issue with our bed but after speaking with reception in the morning, by the time we got back in the evening the bed had been sorted. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and space, with a shaded terraced area, too. While the rooms are a little dated, it gives what you need if you are out most of the day or night. You have a fridge and plenty of space in the room. I would return to this hotel within a second thought. Even though it was an adults only hotel, there was no noise from other guests and everyone had a great time.
