Great location - only 500m from the beach. Lots of food and drink places around and about 15 min walking distance from the nightclub area so also good for people who want to check out the nightlife. The bed was a bit too soft due to the bed having a spring mattress. The apartment complex has a pool, but people put the towel on the lounge chairs and just leave (all chairs had peoples belongings on them but only 4 chairs had people sunbathing) so if you want a lounge chair, go and mark your territory early in the morning.:D As the apartment is on the ground floor, there's no fancy view to the ocean, but you can listen to the sounds of the ocean when you're on the balcony. The Irish bar nearby has live music which you can hear but it stops around 11pm or midnight so it's not too noisy at night.

Basic studio but well equipped. Great location straight opposite bus station from top gate and bottom gate for access to sea front. Lovely pool area. Slava was good at responding to messages and sent clear instructions on location and meeting point

We love the location of the property. It is on the quiet side of the town near to Siam Park, Siam Mall. Very peaceful area with security and coded locks. The owner Slava was really helpful and showed us how to use the facilities of the property. Although the sofa beds were provided, it was comfortable to sleep in. We understand that it was a space saver too. Thank you very much. And the bus station is just a short walking distance from the back of the building. superb.
