The location is great, easy to get to from the south airport by public transport (TITSA bus), and the beach is right in front of the hotel. They gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite, which had sea views which I'd asked for.

The room was very nice and spacious - we had a panoramic bath room and it was unbelievable! The mini bar and use of spa was a great touch to the room! We got new pool towels every day and the room were very cleanly and lovely. The food was okay - sometimes it was cold The drinks during lunch & tea was great as you got glass bottles of soft drinks which was a great touch The pool was amazing! Both the main pool and infinity pools were great and we loved it! Especially the sun loungers!

Absolutely cannot fault this place it was perfect in every way. Rooms were very nice and a nice balcony with gorgeous sea view (room included a fridge which is bonus points). All staff were exceptionally welcoming and nice. The hotel was kept tidy at all times. Breakfast was fabulous also with a nice variety of foods. Pool was excellent especially the infinity pool. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to stay in las américas.
