Quiet, but only a few mins walk to the Marina. Very clean, spacious and great outdoor area and pool.

This villa has been recently refurbished inside and out and is of a very good standard. It was a perfect location for a week of R&R. The area is relatively quiet and the villas are located a few minutes walk from the restaurants in Marina Rubicon. (Booking the nice restaurants in advance is highly recommended) The wind at the start of our week was unusually strong, even for Lanzarote, and the pool man visited twice to ensure that the heated pool was clean. The third bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom, which may be sub-optimal for a larger party, however for the two of us there was no issue. Ricardo the host is a lovely chap, who is friendly, helpful and always available. We know the area well, having visited for the last 35 years, but if you want local knowledge, he is the man to ask. We will undoubtedly visit this specific villa again.
