The location is excellent and there’s a lovely path along the coast to playa blanca marina. Over the hills next to the hotel is a beautiful beach and cove. The room was nice and cleaned daily, with lovely sea views.

The location of the resort is spectacular in terms of the views and surrounds - extremely beautiful spot and we absolutely loved sitting up on the high balcony’s in front of the pool overlooking the sea. The hotel is about a 35-40 minute walk to the main town in Playa Blanca which was exactly what we wanted - the walk itself is beautiful as it’s a very clean and safe feeling wander along the paved esplanade right along the shoreline the whole way. Stunning views of the sunset / sunrise. There is also a strand of shops, bars and restaurants on the way which are only about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. A taxi into the township was also only about €3.30 each way. The facilities are quite good - the gym has a few machines and dumbbells which is enough to get in a great workout, though no squat rack or barbells. I had a massage in the spa on one of the days and it was very relaxing. The beach is right on the back steps of the hotel so you can walk straight out and practically into the water - it’s not the most aesthetic beach but there is sand after you wander down over the rocks. The rooms were fine - pretty basic and quite dated / in need of a bit of an upgrade in terms of the quality of the finishes (eg, floor seemed to be that wood looking plastic and bathroom was mostly plastic including the bathtub but it did the job and still pretty nice. We also had a sea view room which 100% made up for any slightly dated finishings in the room. The food unfortunately left a bit to be desired, we had the all inclusive but to be honest weren’t that excited when it came time for meals. There is enough of a selection there that you can find some alright bits, just have to be quite selective as a lot of the food we found was overcooked or just not very tasty (eg, fish, pork roast, chicken etc was very overcooked) and there wasn’t a huge selection at the snack bar. The Paella was great though. Also the staff were mostly very friendly and accomodating.

Generally all was ok but a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. Evening entertainment was good. The Elite package was good.

Can’t fault it. The place is massive! Plenty of spaces to chill out (3 pools, snack bar, pool bar, games room, spa and much more) all very clean. staff very friendly and helpful - Sister has a severe nut allergy and the restaurant manager took her through each dish on the buffet which was ok to eat. Never struggled to find a sun bed despite the place appearing very busy, good meal times and food always available. Would visit again for sure.
