Location, quiet area, cleanliness of villa. WI FI very good. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of hot water.

The villa is very well situated by the Marina and it's easy to walk all along the coast. Lots of good restaurants and of course beaches. Just a bit disappointed with the villas outlook as this isn't shown in the photos.
