Great facilities, peaceful and quiet hotel with decent entertainment programs in the evenings. Very good breakfast selection. Hotel has a great design it’s well maintained. Plenty of chilling zones and comfy sofas.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, can't fault anything. The smoothies are a nice touch! New sunbeds which is great, Wifi was also very good. Everything was so clean - can't fault anything. Entertainment was great - and 2 choices - the lobby bar from 915pm to about 11 and then the early evening bar upstairs...

Hotel Natura Palace is, without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had originally booked another hotel nearby, but it unfortunately fell far below expectations. Feeling disappointed, we decided to try Hotel Natura Palace—and what a fantastic decision that turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. A special mention must go to Manuel, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. We arrived feeling a bit bedraggled and disheartened, but Manuel's genuine warmth and professionalism immediately lifted our spirits. It’s rare to feel so cared for when checking into a hotel, and his kindness truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room is stunning, with a beautiful balcony overlooking immaculate gardens and the sea—an absolute dream. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is peaceful and friendly, and it’s clear that the staff work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. The food has been consistently excellent—plentiful, hot, and full of flavour. The wine selection is also very good and complements the meals perfectly. The disappointment of our previous accommodation faded instantly upon arriving here. In fact, we were so impressed that we've booked an additional night at Natura Palace to finish our holiday on a high note. Thank you to the entire team—especially Manuel—for turning our experience in Lanzarote into something truly special
