The property is set in a quiet small residential complex that I would say is a mix of permanent homes and holiday rentals. It's a 5-10 minute walk to a local complex with shops and some bars/restaurants. a 25 - 30 minute walk will bring you to the marina with more bars, restaurants and a shopping mall too. The pool is small but perfect for a dip to cool off and you have three options of 'terraces' to sit out on, poolside with a view to the volcano (dormant) behind the property, a larger ground floor dining terrace with a large table (no specific views but private) or the upstairs balcony attached to the master bedroom that has views extending to the sea and the island of Ferteventura beyond.

the views are amazing from the villa, lots of outside space and good facilities. Local area has shops, bars etc close to bus stops if you did not have a car. Spent lots of time on the upstairs balcony.
