Exactly as we expected. Walking distance from town up hill but great views at property. Great service, very clean and towels and bedding changed every other day and bins cleaned out every day.

We had such a special stay at Vrissiana studios. It's run by two sisters, and the hotel is built on land where their grandfather used to have an olive farm. You really feel the family connection and it's so nice to stay somewhere independent where the owners are clearly so invested. We felt the difference particularly when one of the sisters insisted on giving us a lift down to and back from the beach (I was 7 months pregnant during our stay), despite it only being a 10 minute walk from Platyis Gialos [disclaimer for accessibility - the last 200m or so are up a steep-ish hill]. We also got engaged during that trip, and came back from a day out after having told them the news to find a sweet gift on our bed - some Sifniot tea and biscuits. The rooms were simple but clean, with everything we needed, and with full functioning air con. Breakfast was great too - fruits, local jams, pastries from a bakery nearby, delicious Greek yoghurt etc. And the view from the pool was incredible!! It's close enough to Platys Gialos to be very convenient for those amenities, but far enough away to be totally peaceful. We had a wonderful time there - would recommend it heartily :)
