Super friendly and helpful girl on reception, couldn't do enough to help, what an asset to the hotel! Great location for bars, beach and restaurants. Lovely pool and garden. We can't wait to stay again.

Pinelopi was immaculately clean and the pool area well kept and gorgeous. Location was brilliant: no noise at all but very close to town, beach and buses. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. At breakfast, the choice was extensive and there was something for everyone's taste and dietary needs.

Location is convenient to beaches, lidl, bus station, and tavernas. Good value for money. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi at ground floor rooms, not in family apartments. The vibe of a country house (we had a mountain view and view to a neighbor's garden with chickens). Room cleaning was subtle. The worker at the cantine (place where you have breakfast) was very, very helpful!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! All praise goes to the extremely kind and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The hygiene standards are very high, and the jacuzzi in the room was absolutely wonderful. The pool was also great and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location is perfect — very close to Rethymno, and the beach is nearby and beautiful. If we come back to Crete, we would definitely stay here again!
