The property is spacious modern and very comfortable. It is in a perfect location. It has every facility imaginable. The owner Carlos and his delightful daughter Anna were on hand to explain everything to us. They could not have been more helpful. We’ve had a very interesting time on our cycling trip staying in Placensia and I could not recommend this property any higher if I tried.

Juan Carlos and his daughter (who spoke perfect English and helped us translate) were wonderful, helpful hosts and met us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment was very comfortable spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It's in a great location, right next to the gate into the old town and about a ten minute walk to Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral etc. Free parking is about a 15 minute walk away, although it is possible to park outside of the apartment for a few minutes to unload your luggage. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Plasencia.
