This is a conveniently located and pleasant first-floor (no lift) studio that I rented for 5 off-season nights in October. It has a balcony from where you can see the sea and the mountains inland from Colioure. I found it clean and functional and very good value. Car parking was easy and it's 15 mins walk from a useful small supermarket.

I liked the modern and unusual shape of this place inside, I had looked and researched many properties, this looked a bit different for my price range, we haven't done self catering before. The studio was literally on the beach above a small shop with beach goods on sale, it was no problem, we had a nice view and got the Sun most of the day, there is a very good Parasol for the Balcony. The shower/bathroom has a very good large Mirror and excellent lighting and socket for Hairdrying. The host Mirielle, communicated well, with details for when you arrived, the kitchen although small, was well equipped. Be aware:: it does state in the details that there is no "Internet" (not a bad thing)! Parking states 45 euros for a week, we paid daily as we were only there 5 days, and the bonus was we were there over a weekend, meaning it was free...

Only a few steps from the beach, breakfast on balcony with sea-view, watching the busyness of people on their way to the beach but being separated by watching down form first floor.
