This includes electronically signing a rental agreement via a secure link, which must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation. The link will also collect details about the stay and verify guests identity. For same-day bookings, the processing time may take up to 2 hours. Guests residing in the same city may require special approval to accommodate the stay.Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card verification (photo of the card and confirmation of a test amount) before being approved for check-in. Virtual Cards are not accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
