1. The host resolves issues very quickly. 2. You can use the entire house with two rooms (each with a large bed) at a reasonable price. 3. Hot water is readily available and the water pressure is good. 4. The bus stop is one minute away. Considering the price, it is a nice place to stay.

The location is very good, close to downtown. The neighborhood is ok. Parking is on a busy street, but our car was fine. The value is excellent.
