The fine print
Bank House is a separate building from the main Scotland's Spa Hotel.All facilities like bar and restaurant are in the main hotel but guest staying in the Bank House are very welcome to use the facilities as the please.The Bank House is Dog Friendly and there is no charge for Dogs staying in the Bank House. While the guests are very welcome to use the main hotel, the main hotel is not Dog Friendly.

Great location and fabulous breakfast. The main hotel, where the restaurant and spa are, is really lovely - would have preferred a room there rather than in Bank House. Room 403 was clean and tidy but very dated.

The staff were all good humoured, courteous and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and the location was perfect for our needs.

Central location. Room and bathroom were big and bright. Lovely garden in annex that we stayed in. Comfortable bed. Dog friendly rooms. Quiet area.

The location was very central. There were easy walks nearby and there were also activities within the Hotel complex.
