Please note that the rooms in the hotel are situated on the first and second floor and there is no lift. Porterage is available at all times.The hotel are happy to accept dogs by prior arrangement, provided that they are quiet and well behaved. Location, size, upgrade to cottage, bed, TV had apps you can sign into, shower and it’s pressure, staff, first aid trained

The designer aesthetic of Pine Trees is fabulous. All the attention to detail, ornaments and quirky decor were of an excellent standard. The quality of bedding & also the luxury toiletries were a nice touch. The food was generally good, we dined in the lounge as well as the dining room, neither were a disappointment. The pantry is a great idea. The staff are lovely and you can tell they have passion to work there. We had a lovely wander around the gardens and there’s plenty of parking. Very close to the centre of Pitlochry so the location is excellent.

Warm welcome. Relaxed atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff. Ate in the restaurant on first night. Excellent food and service. Good breakfast. Plenty of space for informal relaxation during the day and in the bar area in the evening. Comfortable, quiet bedroom. Raining when we left. so hotel provided transport to the station. Certainly one of the best hotels we've stayed in over many years of travel and with character you don't get in modern hotels.
