We stayed here recently for two nights and on arrival found Karen very welcoming and friendly. The property is within walking distance to the wee little town which has plenty of interesting shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, a very nice traditional Scottish town. We found our stay to be very comfortable, clean and spacious room with everything we required. The breakfast was most certainly plentiful and cooked to perfection, Karen’s Daughter attended to our breakfast and she was also friendly and helpful, also attentive. We would most definitely stay again, we give credit where it’s due. Thank you for a very good stay.

Beautiful and homely property. Extremely clean and perfectly organized. The owners take a lot of pride in their property. Service was perfect, friendly owners and the breakfast was well made and had a lot of food. The room was really cute. Really clean. Had everything required for a very comfortable stay.
