The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were brilliant and polite. The Hotel is dog friendly as requested. As the area is extremely busy, I spoke to the person on reception about parking, and he help right away, and provided me with a space. The room was nice, bed comfortable, and enough room for the dogs cages. Shower was powerfull and after a very hot day driving the aircon was spot on. In the morning, we had an issue with the Van, the staff on site, where extremely helpful, and did not try to rush us away. They help with the dogs, as we had to fix a broken door. They even provided some tools to assist. The Hotel is next to restaurants, shops etc, so no need to worry about a taxi to get anywhere. Nice hotel, amazing staff. Very happy stay

The central location allows easy access to the main pedestrian area, supermarkets and restaurants. I also found extremely handy the availability of a mobile phone external battery stand which rented for a decent fee external chargers.

Outstanding Service and Hospitality! I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the staff truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the parking attendants, who were incredibly helpful and efficient in assisting with my car. The bell staff immediately stepped in to help with my luggage, making sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. At the reception, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, with the front desk staff ensuring I had all the necessary information about my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was courteous, friendly, and eager to help. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction. It's rare to find a team so committed to making guests feel at home, and I genuinely appreciate their hard work. If you're looking for a hotel where service is a priority, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!
