Excellent location, right behind St. John's Baptistry and Piazza del Duomo, a few steps away from a number of good restaurants and bars, 10 minutes walk from the train station from where you can take a 45 minutes trip to Florence, should you wish so. The hotel staff were very helpful (thank you, Lorenzo!), room clean and not too small, beds comfortable, air conditioning set at just the right level, breakfast rich with local delicacies and homemade pastries ..., in short, a place to be recommended without hesitation.

Room was fantastic! Great outlook, great amenities and amazing service! And, very nice breakfast. Can’t give this hotel any higher rating than 10 out of 10!
