The room is really spacious, with balcony facing the river, the location is super convenient, 10min walk to train station and Pisa tower, so far the most positive experience I have so far at a guesthouse, they have an antique elevator as well, personally I found it’s a plus and it’s super interesting!!! The host is super nice and the luggage storage is free, with free tea and coffee and a cute pantry!

The room was huge, way bigger than I expected, plenty of space. Very comfortable bed. Amazing view over the river from the balcony. Electric kettle and coffee machine in the shared area. There are several shared bathrooms that are clean enough. You can leave your luggage after checkout. No problem with self checkin - host provides clear instructions.
