Location- we had a room with a balcony overlooking the rear, which made for a peaceful room with a super comfy bed. Yet you stepped out the front door and were at the Tower of Pisa

Possibly the best view you can get in Pisa. Looking at the Tower of Pisa and the Basilica from the bed was unbeatable. The place was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was beautiful and the location is unbeatable. However, the A/C was not efficient at all. Check-in was strictly at 3 PM, and the receptionist could have been more welcoming — this is a higher-end hotel, not a youth hostel.
