Spacious family room and staff were friendly except the first housekeeper who was rude and tried to wake us before checkout time to clean the room.

We had a very late check inn due to a delayed flight but there was staff on the desk 24/7 which was great. We were also upgraded to a suite free of charge which was nice eventhough it was only a 1 night stay.
