Super little hotel, beautiful location. Was probably an Italian villa back in the day…it was authentic Italian old fashioned accommodation. Breakfast was simple but perfectly edible. Staff really friendly.

I was travelling with my teenager son to Tuscany for a short five days trip and of course the beautiful city of Pisa was our first stop. We stayed just one night at the Kinzica Hotel. The location is unbeatable, I thought from the photos that Piazza dei Miracoli couldn't be that closed, instead it's actually even closer, 1 minute walk from the Pisa Bell Tower! The hotel has a vintage atmosphere, it is quite old but with a great charm. Our room was on the top floor, we could see part of the Cattedrale and the top of the Tower. The room was quite spacious same of the bathroom, nice hard bed, extra sofa and lovely vintage furniture. The breakfast was served by a very nice gentleman, Litton ( hopefully I spelt the name correctly). Fresh cakes from local bakery, pastries, jam,eggs,juices...very simple but nothing missing from our breakfast. The concierge was a very delightful gentleman called Michael, he was very helpful and welcoming, ask him for spots to eat in Pisa. Lovely stay. Thank you very much. Paola&Cillian
