Near the Pisa central station,just 2 mins walk. Take the bus (1+) from the station to Pisa tower, just 10 mins away. Good locations like basic markets, kebabs and other eatables are just a couple of mins walk. Balcony, kitchen with all the amenities, very basic breakfast like cornflakes milk, coffee and outside basic croissant and cakes with some cheese cubes and butter. No breads, No eggs, No anything Hot and NO fruits.

Our room was really big and nice and I definitely liked the mattress. The staff were very nice even with a very late arrive after a delay with my flight and all worked well. The breakfast have nice options and good amount for start the day but is more sweet than savoury.

The owner went out of his way to help, and although didn't really speak English he had a wicked sense of humour and we were able to laugh at our attempts to communicate.
