The hotel was excellent, with a perfect location just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I booked two rooms, one of which was a deluxe double room specifically for the espresso coffee machine. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every room had an espresso machine—definitely my favorite feature! The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable. We were able to use the car park, which was very convenient for us.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, bacon, and a selection of salads. The room is somewhat dated, but it is clean and equipped with all the necessary features, including a coffee machine. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.

A good hotel - just a 5min walk to San Rossore Hotel - and a short 15min walk to Tower Pizza. About 30mins to main centre. The staff were all lovely and friendly. A good breakfast.
