The cleanliness, overall value for money, readiness of the staff to help and genuinely caring nature that the staff at Gialel Guest House exhibited was extraordinary. Even though I stayed for a short period of time, I left feeling like I was leaving home. I'd gladly return soon without thinking twice!

Gialel Guest House was extremely clean and the location was perfect. 5min walk from the leaning tower and 20min walk from the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable. I booked a double room with a private en suite bathroom as I was travelling on my own and it was exactly that. I didn’t have much dealings with the hosts only for a quick check in and check out. They didn’t speak English but were friendly and welcoming. My room was cleaned on the third day with a change of bed sheets. On check out my flight was not until 5pm and they held my bag for me in reception. Overall I had a great experience and felt very safe as someone travelling on my own.

Excellent position, a few minutes from the Duomo, the Piazza dei Cavalieri and the Orto Botanico. Very clean and comfortable, and the hosts are delightful people. Moreover, the café nearby (it's called Cornetteria, I think) provides really delicious pastries!

We had a great 2 nights stay in the lovely room with a private bathroom with shower. Perfect location: 10 minutes by walk from bus stop. 10 minutes by walk to Pisa tower. We will definitely stay here again.
