Room was big and spacious with beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. Liked that there was a communal kitchen to use and a living room. Quiet location, a bit out of the centre but a lovely walk along the river to get there. Air conditioning was a bonus, kept the room nice and cool on a hot night. Restaurant was shut but there was a great little pizzeria next to it.

Our stay at this guest house in Pisa had its ups and downs. The parking was a nice addition, which is always a plus in the city. Our room was comfortable, and we appreciated having coffee and tea available

+ The place was spacious and clean. We were allowed to check in late, which was very convenient. There was a mini-bar, private parking on the property, and our room had its own private bathroom. It’s only an 8-minute drive to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room also had a fridge and a working air conditioner on the upper floor.

While it's definitely an older building, that’s exactly what gives it its unique character and warmth. The vintage architecture, classic details, and cozy atmosphere made me feel like I was stepping back in time — in the best way possible. If you appreciate history and a touch of rustic charm, this place is perfect.
