I stayed here with my girlfriend for 7 nights. The cleanliness, tidiness, and overall space were absolutely perfect. I especially want to highlight the kindness and service of the host – communication was smooth, quick, and all of our additional requests were met without any issues. The shared kitchen is top-notch, fully equipped with appliances and a nice dining area. Another big plus is that the public bus stop is right in front of the property. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless stay in Pisa!

I had a wonderful stay here— everything was spotless, especially the kitchen, which was kept immaculate throughout. The breakfast was thoughtfully replenished each day, making mornings easy and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and eager to ensure everything met or exceeded expectations.

The place is very cute and with an Italian soul. The room is kept old-style, but very clean and spacious enough for two people. Even with above 30 degrees outside, it is comfortable thanks to the quiet air conditioning. Location is good - just 20 minutes on foot from the most famous tourist attractions. At the same time, there is free parking nearby. Moreover, there are coffee, milk and some sweets provided for guests for breakfast. Contact with the staff is easy and pleasant.

Everything was exactly what I saw during the booking. Great location near bus station to the city center. Also quiet neighborhood with easy parking. The Kitchen also had everything we needed. Also very easy check in and check out.
