Our stay in this place in Pisa was very enjoyable. The cottage was comfortable and well-equipped — it had everything we needed during our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. We appreciated the fresh bed linen, comfortable beds, and the option to rent a set of towels for €5. At the beginning, we experienced a small issue with the hot water, but thanks to the excellent cooperation with the staff, it was resolved very quickly and efficiently, which deserves special recognition. Although reaching the location was slightly challenging at first because the navigation system confused us a bit, once we arrived we realized it is a very good base for exploring the area. The train station is about an 8-minute walk away, as well as a grocery store, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa can be reached in about 10–14 minutes. There is a restaurant on site serving delicious pizza and pasta, with very friendly service. You can also find a small shop, plenty of greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool (open from May) and a bar are additional advantages. A laundry room operating with tokens is also available. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, well located and supported by a helpful and responsive staff.

the pool was very good, when we stayed (june) there were enugh sunbeds and the pool wasnt extremely busy. There is a restaurant right next door as well as a small shop, bar by pool and holiday esque (sun screen, water goggles ect) also by the pool. Near a local train station that allows travel to the main pisa train station in 5 minutes

Brilliant accommodation, friendly staff, had everything we needed. Some of the rooms seemed to be in the process of being updated when we were there they looked very stylish and modern. Ours was of the older style but was still perfect for our needs. Very close to the tower, the kids loved coming back to the pool after a long day of walking. Everything we needed was onsite and was all reasonably priced too.

It's a nice space, a little small maybe. We loved the fact that we had our own little house, fully equipped with kitchenware and plenty of luggage storage under the bed The staff was great, helped us even with a taxi in the middle of the night
