The room met my expectations. To anyone who wants to visit Pisa and stay overnight: the location of the room is perfect, very close to the Pisa Tower. Lots of restaurants around, on the same street. There is a Carrefour next door. We rented a room with double bed and private bathroom. In the room you can find everything you need: towels, extra pillows, blanket, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper. There is air conditioning, we used it as the heating was on only during the day. We self-checked in, very easy. The owner send us all the details on whatsapp. There is also a common kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all the things you need.

Great instructions on how to get to the property and room. Everything there was perfect, comfortable and really cozy, we loved it here!!!

Location was great, like 5 mins walk to Pisa then next door is a shop. It’s a home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The other room was an ensuite, while ours was external bathroom. Didn’t bother us and we just like en suite. The place was surprisingly nice, was made better when found there was no one in the other room. Room was great. Bed was comfy. Don’t think the pictures do it justice. The toilet was clean too. Only stayed for one night and didn’t use the kitchen so can’t really say much about this or the en-suite room! Great price too!

Place was very good, clean and comfy. Location is wonderful, 5 min walk to the main square. Communication with the staff was very easy and friendly.
