Breakfast was not included in my last minute booking. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. All simple but clean and comfortable. the location was perfect to visit The Leaning Tower of Pisa and the shopping area.

- the location: 5 min walking from the Pisa tower in one direction and 5-10 min in another direction to the central part of town. The way from the airport is no longer than 30 min by public transport. - the room was quite spacious, cozy and clean, the bathroom as well - blackout window blinds - the owners have a little cafe in front of the house entrance (on the other side of the street), we haven’t been there, but it seemed like a good option for a quick meal or a cup of coffee
