Everything. Very clean, nice owners, quiet, with everything you need. The bed. Oh my god! I never slept so well in any B&B 😀. We were only staying for a short time, as we only visited Pisa for one day, but we will surely return next time, when we will visit the area 🙂 Wish we would have more time for breakfast, it looked like it would be worth exploring, but we were on a tight schedule. Next time 😊

We stayed in a brand-new apartment. Federico, the host, was unbelievably kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was a real highlight! Fresh and tasty, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The homemade desserts were incredible—don’t miss the chocolate cake, it was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, and the location is excellent—just 5 minutes from the historic center by car with easy and convenient parking. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! Excellent privately owned - attention to customer service and detail would put most top end hotels to shame.
