Perfect location near Pisa Airport. There was plenty of parking even though I arrived late. Tasty breakfast and a great place to start a trip around Tuscany.

Not a great deal. It is good value for money, clean and with good facilities. However, arriving at midnight after a long journey, the automatic check-in machine wasn’t working properly. It took us a frustrating half-hour to check in. Our room was on the 5th floor, but the lift only went to the 4th, so we had to drag 4 suitcases up the stairs, and the room smelt vaguely of cigarette smoke. However, the manage asked us about our stay and we told him. He accepted our complaint, apologised and promptly gave us a free coffee and breakfast. Unexpected and highly appreciated. Really good way of dealing with a complaint!
