Great space for a family of 3. Super host, being extremely friendly, flexible and helpful with small requests we had. Breakfast buffet all equipped in one of our bedrooms. Lovely patio area when sun shines.

We enjoyed the Check-in and Check-out! MariaElena received us and presented our appartment for 1 night. She prepared our beds, as we asked. We really appreciated it! We got 1 hour more to stay after leaving at 11 am. So, we left at 12 am to the airport. Nice Italian breakfast with a lots of sweets. We don't usually eat so many sweets for breakfast. We eat proteins and vegetables, eggs and cheese, for example. But we were on holiday for one night, so, we just relaxed and it was no problem to eat a lot of sugar...cakes, cookies, but also fruits! We really appreciated the cleaning, just put our boots off. But most of all, we appreciated the silence. Very closed to the center for visiting Pisa, with the great pieces of art and architecture!

B&B Guerrazzi deserves the highest ratings. Equipped with all essentials devices, serving delicious breakfast. The location itself is also good (close to restaurants, shops). An additional advantage is the helpful and kind owner. We recommend it 100%.
