The location of the property is excellent, and what a bonus having a view of the Leaning Tower from our terrace. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice. The biggest thanks goes to Valentina and Luca who were super helpful and were able to answer our questions, offer advice where to eat, where to visit etc. The walk of the city walls was fantastic and not something we had thought of doing, (thanks Valentina). And thanks to Luca for arranging our taxi to airport at short notice, from telephoning Luca to arrange and getting into taxi was no longer than 5 minutes, super speedy service.

Great location, 5 minutes walking from Leaning Tower, right in the heart of Old Town, but very quiet and the view... Excellent. Very good water pressure, very clean and Lucca was a great, engaging host.

From the moment we arrived everything was super. We had a lovely welcome from Luca. Our room was perfect, with lots of space, a small fridge, kettle and coffee/tea tray with biscuits. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a beautiful outside terrace with table and chairs, a perfect spot after a day sightseeing. The bathroom was excellent, with good quality fittings, shower gel, shampoo and towels. Breakfast was lovely. Valentina helped us with logistics to visit Lucca. She also booked our taxi for our return to the airport and very kindly arranged a breakfast tray in our room as we were leaving early. Finally, Luca kindly agreed to post our hastily written postcards for us! The location is excellent, being a stones throw from the leaning tower, but it is very quiet when inside the building. We wished we were able to stay for longer. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful B and B that was both warm and welcoming. Excellent location and a fantastic balcony was the icing on the cake.
