What I liked the most was the great location, peace and quiet, and excellent contact with the owner. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable — we truly felt at home.

The accommodations are well located, close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There's a lovely balcony and air conditioning. We stayed in early November and it wasn't cold. There was some noise from the shared kitchen, but it wasn't a big deal. Contactless check-in was a plus. We forgot a flash drive in the TV, and the owner helped us get it back. It's a decent option for a few days.

The owner was friendly and helpful, the check-in instructions were clear and detailed, the wi-fi signal was good, the common kitchen and individual room were equipped with everything necessary, house wine in the room free, cleaning every day, the store was nearby and the old town was within walking distance.

Easily accessible by car (although finding a spot may take time, I was lucky). Spacy, newly equipped room, the bathroom with floor heating was awesome in the cold autumn evening. The owner cares for the guests, a bottle of wine and snacks are a lovely bonus. Most recommended.
