Extremely cordial host. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy. The shared kitchen was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed, we had biscuits, coffee, different types of tea at our disposal. Every day we were greeted in the room by a bottle of fine red wine. Everything is commendable and I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The location is in a great area, close to the Tower of Pisa and with quick access to the bus to the train station. The room was spacious and clean. I really appreciated that the towels were changed daily. The host was very kind and responded very quickly to our questions. It was a lovely gesture that they also offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. Guests could also enjoy tea, coffee, biscuits, and jam available in the shared kitchen. :)

Quiet and cosy, easy check in, a clean shared kitchen area with all the needed for making a breakfast, including biscuits, jams, coffee, and different kinds of tea. The welcoming vine in the room. Nice private bathroom. A very nice place indeed.
