Cooling or heating depends on the season. The hotel is in a very silent part of Pisa. It is located near a Mall and we had a supermarket there where we could buy drinks and food.

I emailed the hotel a few times before arrival and all communications were answered in super quick time, which was really helpful in planning our trip.
