The location is awesome as our balcony was overlooking the stream where the elephants bathe and play. The manager Shallika was very helpful. All the staff are helpful too.

Great location to see the elephants taking a bad. We booked halfboard and both dinner and breakfast were great. A big family room for 4 people. Airport pick-up was well arranged, a great driver with nice tips and flexible.

We had a great stay here. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. The room was comfortable, spacious and the view from the balcony overlooking the elephants is one I'll never forget. The stay at the hotel was made even more special because of Andrew, activities and transport manager. He is extremely good at ensuring you have an unforgettable experience throughout your stay. The restaurant and pool area were good, and the staff always attentive and friendly. I do recommend staying here.

The people so helpful and smiley. Room 101 awesome corner balcony and picture window across river. SL Sri Lanka driver so nice picked us up from airport and took us on tours great value car with AC the highlight so many elephants
