Beautiful view of the river with elephants. Very spacious rooms with a private balcony. Good restaurant and very good service. They offer a free village tour – I definitely recommend visiting.

The staff was very cooperative and welcoming! They accommodate us nicely and make sure that we have a nice time at the hotel. Breakfast was really good with a variety of food. In the morning, you can enjoy the elephants' bathing as well. Besides the property, there are few souvenir shops with reasonable prices and value for the money items. A highly recommended hotel in Pinnawala!

Unforgettable Experience with Incredible Elephant Views 🐘🌿 Our stay at Hotel Elephant Park was truly memorable, thanks to its unbeatable view — we could watch the elephants from our room and the restaurant all day long, which was an incredible and peaceful experience. The food was average and could use some improvement, but the overall atmosphere and unique experience made up for it. A special thanks to Andrew, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to help us arrange amazing activities like feeding, bathing, and playing with the elephants. Being so close to them and learning about their way of life was both fun and meaningful. Andrew also helped us plan a visit to the Ambuluwawa Tower — a thrilling (and a little scary!) climb to the top — as well as visits to nearby temples, where we learned more about local culture and traditions. It was definitely a stay to remember, and we hope to return again in the future!

Everything, especially the friendliness of the staff. Fantastic people who made my stay even more special. Andrew is the best! He took us everywhere we needed, suggested to us what to do and where to go. He also helped me and buy for me medicine for my little girl. Thank you Andrew !
